T61 and Problem with Minidock. Help!

My T61 (7658-02U) has problem with mini dock. The OS (both XP and W7) can not regconize the Serial Port and Parallel Port. I had tried many way to solve problem but not succeed yet. I had tried to Full recovery factory, using "system update" but nothing better. I checked physical status of both T61 and Minidock. They are all in good condition, no broken any piece. I think my BIOS ver conflict with hardware. I also update newest bios version.
Please give me solutions for that.

I seem to recall a BIOS update that added an option to enable these devices. Make sure you are running the latest BIOS and check for the option. Also make sure that the serial and parallel ports are enabled in BIOS in (2) places. In 'config' and in 'security'.
