[T61] Extend Desktop on 2nd Display to top on Win 7 nvidia?

Sry for probably stupid question, but i didnt find it, updated nvidia driver on Win 7 via system update 4. No presentation manager where u could on XP extend to left, down, right top. Now i can only extend to right in nvidia system settings??? Big fail when true.
