Does anyone make a 14.1" SXGA+ IPS LCD panel?

I would like to attempt to install a better LCD in my 14.1" T60. I'm an EE, so I can handle having to make some modifications. What I could use help with is finding candidates for the replacement LCD panel. Does anyone know of any 14.1" SXGA+ or UXGA IPS LCDs? I'm looking for brands, or models (even discontinued ones). Even the model of a non-IBM laptop with a 14.1" IPS screen would be helpful.

If I can get it to work, I will be happy to post how I did it.

AFAIK there are only 15" IPS panels, never heard of any 14.1" models.

There were never any 14" IPS/AFFS panels, only 15" and 12" for the tablets.
