CPU and GPU Temperatures-Where does one find these?

In reading the forum, I often see mention of CPU and GPU temperatures. My two T61s have Lenovo versions of XP pro and Windows 7 respectively, but I can't seem to find the software in either version providing these system tempatures. Where should I look?
