Which T2400 CPU is in the T60?

Long story short, I have a T60 with a bad T2400 CPU. Looking at the "List of Intel Core microprocessors" article in Wikipedia, I realize the T2400 comes with four different sSpec numbers, namely,
SL8VQ, SL8VU (C0)
SL9JM, SL9JZ (D0)
Which one(s) of these four should I look for when looking for a replacement on eBay? And what are the differences among them anyway?

That is the one I've seen, too.

You can probably use any, though. Also, if you machine is out of warranty, which I assume it is since you're looking to buy a CPU on your own, then you could upgrade it to a faster CPU and/or a Core 2 Duo model. The T2500 (2.0GHz), T5500 (1.6GHz C2D), T5600 (1.83GHz C2D) or T7200 (2.0GHz C2D) are all options that would improve performance at least a little and still run cool in a T60. Above the T2500 and T7200, heat picks up a little.

Thanks for the quick reply guys. I got this T60 a few months back from a friend who was experiencing random freezes with it. I figured the CPU might be the culprit after it failed Prime95. I really don't see myself using it since it only has the XGA screen, so I plan to fix it up and sell it one way or the other.

On the other hand, I have wanted to upgrade my own flexview T60 to a T7600 for a while now, so I could do that and use the T2400 I switch out. But a quick browse through eBay shows that the T7600 is going for over $200. I know a T7200 is a lot cheaper, but then I feel that if I am to do an upgrade, I may as well go all out. So I will probably end up getting a T2400 for cheap to fix the bad T60.
