T60p Problem with blinking LCD

Hi all,

I've T60p with 1400x1050 LCD and ATI FIreGL V5200. Few days ago LCD start blinking without any reason. Watch Video - blink, looking on WWW - blink, doing nothing - blink. When LCD blink pc are freezing for 1-3seconds. After blink Windows 7 write something like that: Ati driver no respones for a while but they start working.

Even Viewer give me(translated by me to english, so plz don't be mad;)):

A quick Google search on USB\VID_0483&PID_2016&REV_0001 shows that to be the Fingerprint Reader.

Sorry my bad, Fingerprint now work correcly, but LCD still blink.
