T60 - which graphics adapter?

I'm a linux user and have mostly used nVidia video cards for my desktops but I'm wondering what is the best choice for a T60 (or any thinkpad for that matter) - nVidia, Intel or maybe ATI?
I'm looking at a number of different Thinkpads but I'm leaning toward a T60.

I won't be doing any video intensive work but it would be nice to run Compiz without glitches.

Intel or ATI can easily handle Compiz on a T60...heck I run Compiz on my T43 with Intel graphics. Stay away from nVidia on a T60 because 'some' of the 128M and 'a few of' the 570M GPU's are failing over time.

nVidia is on T61; ATi on T60. Both have Intel option. Intel uses less power and runs cooler, so it is better if you don't need more power. Intel machines shipped new with 65-watt adapters. Discrete graphics models shipped with 90-watt.

richk, right you are. I must have had T61 on the mind...no NVidia on T60's.
