I need computer to launch virtual pipe organ in my chapel. It works great on t60p audio interface but for best performance I need touch screen for control. I could buy desktop with touchscreen but tablet is better because is small and mobile. Question is:

Is the audio interface in x6X tablet series as good as in my t60p or not?

That's an interesting application!

The audio codec/chip in the T60p is the same as the one in the X60 tablet. It's the Analog Devices AD1981HD codec.
The X61t uses a more recent codec - the AD1984HD. This is the same codec which is found in T61, R61 series (and a few more).

You might get even better quality and lower latency by using a separate sound card though, for example the Echo Indigo IO if it's still in production.
But to answer the question. I don't see why the x61t/x60t should be any worse than the T60p in this regard. The AD1984HD won't do stereo recording in it's current configuration though, but the T60/p with AD1981HD does.
