Windows 7 64-bit drivers for T61

I have a T61 (7659-AB8) on which I have installed Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and I'm having trouble getting some drivers.
I have installed Lenovo System Update and it installed 11 drivers, including Lenovo ThinkVantage Toolbox. This reports (and by the way Windows was also reporting the same thing) the following twice:
* Driver not installed on : "Base System Device" Reinstall driver
Clicking Reinstall driver results in a fruitless search for drivers. Note that it was a Windows search rather than a Lenovo one.
The Base System Device Properties says the location is PCI Bus 21, device 0, function 3
Additionally, I don't appear to have any Bluetooth support. I don't know if that is the same problem or a separate one.

If you have your SWTools folder you can let device manager look there for the driver.
Is your Bluetooth turned on? It won't see if it's not turned on. Fn + F5.

Thanks.

I got it to look there but the driver wasn't found.

D'oh. I have turned it on now

and I can now connect to my Nokia Phone. I can't, however, connect to my BlueAnt headset. I'm also missing the driver for "Bluetooth Peripheral Device". I looked in SWTOOLS for that, too. I don't remember needing to install any drivers to get the BlueAnt working under XP. I also tried connecting my iPod Touch and it fails due to the same missing driver for "Bluetooth Peripheral Device".

I have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit running successfully on my T61p. I do not have sufficient faith in Software Update to let it do its thing. What I did was search out and download the correct drivers for my machine and install them manually (exploded into C:\Drivers). If it said Reinstall (as happens with about one-third of the Lenovo drivers) I just press reinstall and it re-installed from the location I exploded to. Result - All is well and it was worth the extra effort.

OK, I ended up installing this:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... MIGR-70042
It says it is for Vista but it appears to be working fine. My BlueAnt headset works now, but not the iPod (but I may need a reboot for that).

OK, reboot did not fix the iPod issue. For some reason it is still asking for "Bluetooth Peripheral Device". It pairs just fine but fails installing the device driver for "Bluetooth Peripheral Device".
