T60 with SXGA+ Flexview - Upgrade to UXGA panel?

I have a T60 (2613-CTO) with the SXGA+ IPS Flexview display. After three years of heavy use, it is starting to get dim. Can I upgrade the display with the Boe Hydis HV150UX1-100 UXGA panel? If so, is it a simple swap or are additional parts needed?
