T61 Upgrade Options?

Hello,
I have a T61 (7658-02U) 2.00GHz T7300 CPU and 14.1 widescreen (WXGA 1280x800).
I'm curious what my CPU and display upgrade options might be.
Are there any worthwhile CPU upgrade options?
Is it practical to upgrade the screen resolution to WXGA+ (or better)?
