My hibernate T60 shut down when i dock it

I start my pc at home shut down the screen and it hinbernate

When i come to work I put it into my docking and normally I can turn it on from hibernate...

But sometimes it shuts down when the pc hits the docking...
I would say before it has grabbed around the locks...sp it happens alredy when it hits the contacts on the docking...
Not only my laptop does this... and not always..

Any idea?
