Wifi issues

I have a T60 version 193DAU ... i now have that pretty much memorized. I reinstalled XP and ran thinkvantage update and pc doctor and let them install the drivers.
I have the intel pro wireless 3945ABG network connection installed. The ethernet driver isn't installed. Can anyone tell me if this is the right wifi adapter thing. I dont have the thinkvantage wifi connection thing installed. I have the intel zero wireless configuration thing
