I was looking at the mess of "stuff" that's been slowing down my startups (Vista/32) and found something called "BLOG" with no manufacturer tag on it, which apparently is a Lenono battery condition monitor or logger of some sort, living at:
rundll32 [path] BatLogEx.DLL, StartBattLog

I can't get a clear picture of just what this is and what it does, whether it does anything worhtwhile that justifies it running all the time, or if this is something I can just scrap.

Anyone know more about it?

Or other "vital" Lenono startups I can dump at the same time?

Thanks, but that still leaves me with the question:
Is this battery log just an anal compulsive second-by-second update of the battery status? Is it really necessary in some way, when the system can "look at" battery condition and just tell me how it is doing without all the iddy-biddy details of how every day went?
Or is this a new and intensive way of getting too much information just to prove some programmer really could?<G>

Like the new PC-Doctor, running all the time, even if you take the icon off the toolbar, instead of just running when asked.
