1. I dont know how but somehow I figured I was allowed / would get ONE new battery replacement over the course of 3 yrs. I think I read something like that in some Tabook spec for topseller.
Or is it only in duration of the 1st year? My battery wasnt the best early on but I figured I'd get it replaced later when I had time and wasnt traveling.
2. If I cant find some way for a Warranty replacement, then how / where to buy?
Are these a good buy? They have 400 or so in stock.

Please suggest other decent alternatives which do not charge a full premium price.
Thanks.

The ones from the outlrt are fine. Stay away from non-Lenovo (aftermarket) stuff

Why would you not want a battery from the outlet? They're dirt cheap. I've bought a few. They seemed new to me. Sure, you're only getting a 90 day warranty, but at those prices, you could buy three or four outlet batteries for the price of one at MSRP. 90 days is usually enough time to discern whether it's defective.

I guess thats the way to go.
Question - Most of the time my machine (T61) is docked on the Adv Mini Dock and hooked up to my 30" LCD so I am on AC.
I am guessing this is detrimental to the battery. Can someone recommend some kind of CYCLING I can / should do with the battery once in week / month so that its LIFE / CAPACITY is maintained / improved.
PS: Crap.. they are now out of stock.. Did ebay dealers / battery resellers buy them all out?

O.K. Yes. I have an unused genuine Lenovo 9 cell that I pulled from my T500 (I am using a 6 cell in the T500). I can check it, but I believe it has 0 or 1 cycle on it. I won't sell it for the outlet price, I'd rather keep it in case I can use it at $45 or so. However, I will sell it for
$75 delivered (in U.S.) PM me if you'd like it.
