My t60 battery is 4 years old and only holds a charge for about an hour. I want to get a new one, preferably a 9 cell battery.

I noticed the Lenovo outlet has this battery:

The description says it will work with a t61, but doesn't mention whether or not it will work with a t60...does anyone know if this battery will work with a t60?

If not, I think this is the best price I've found on a Lenovo brand t60 9 cell:

Does anyone know of another source that is cheaper? I don't want to go with a generic battery or used battery...too many reports of problems with those.

It will not fit a T60 simply because T60's did not come in 14" widescreen models.

Braddah, you want to buy it from Lenovo either through the main store or the outlet. not eBay.
