EZServ Turnaround Time

Hi, I haven't sent in a notebook in about 2 years. Previously they would repair and ship them out the same day they receive them for a total turnaround time of about 3 days. (1 day box travel time to home, 1 day box travel time to repair center and repair, and 1 day box travel time back to home) However, at the end of my tech support call today they quoted 5-7 days. Has it really changed that much?

If they don't have the part/parts in stock it can stretch out. Did they give you a reason for the delay. I had one take ten days because the screws were on back-order.

They usually turnaround the same day. If you ask for a disk image, it adds a day. If the parts are not in stock, there is a delay.
