Recommended replacement hard drive for T61 (7661-12G)

I've had the machine for just short of two years now, been excellent. When I first got it, I cloned the original 80GB drive to a 250 GB Seagate, which gave me space for Linux as well as Vista.
I've now got to reload Vista (don't use it much, but its become too unreliable to use at all), and was thinking about replacing the 250 with a 320 or 400 and cloning the original 80 again. I've found a Samsung 320 at a good price, but was wondering what drives are recommended for these machines. I've been quite happy with the Seagate, and I don't feel a real need to go to a 7200 rpm drive (I use the machine a lot, and like the lower operating tempratures of the 5400 rpm drives).
Any suggestions, or any drives to steer clear of?
Paul.
