How to Clear System Update Status

ThinkVantage System Update is repeatedly downloading and installing the ThinkPad Hotkey Integration Package. It tells me I have V 3.10.0000 installed and that the new version is V 3.11.0001. I allow it to install, but when I run TVSU again, it offers the same update. I've tried deferring the install and then installing offline, but nothing seems to work.
I've seen this issue with Windows updates and I know how to resolve it, but this is something completely different. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Are you using the latest SysUpdate?
4.00 for W7, 3.14 for anything older.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I'm running TVSU 4.00. TVSU 3.14 will not run under Win 7.

Have you double-checked that the installation was if fact successful?

Yes. Update history states that V 3.11.0001 installed successfully.
