Would this particular battery,

Fit in a 15" T60? Mine has a 1400x1050 resolution screen.

I've asked before about battery buying places in the past, just never got around to getting one.

If this one isn't compatible, I suppose a generic OEM one off of Ebay will work just as well, just need to uninstall Lenovo's power/battery manager, right?

That battery wont work. When buying batteries from eBay i'd suggest still getting original OEM batteries however. They can be had for cheap there too.

that one should work as The T60 15 and 14" models use the same batteries (along with the 15.4" T61 and some R and Z series). The 14" Widescreen T61 uses a battery all to itself it seems.

Here's some info: Lenovo.com that shows what type of machines take the same battery.

This seems a little cheaper.

Ended up with a 9 cell Panasonic off Ebay, for $40 shipped.

Green, displays only 84 cycle counts.
