Hello Again,

Can I use this WWAN card on any cell carrier? Probably not, but the seller doesn't even mention this topic. Hmm.

Short answer: Verizon only.
Longer answer: MC5725 is a CDMA card, so it cannot be used with any GSM carriers. CDMA cards have an ESN which must be in the database of the provider before you can activate the card. Most CDMA providers worldwide, and all of them in the US, will not add a customer's "foreign" ESN to their database. The ESN of the card you show is in Verizon's database, so you can activate it with Verizon.
