T60p BSOD on startup

Major problem with my T60p.

When booting nothing will show on my built in display, however if I plug in a vga monitor it shows the splash screen albeit fairly messed up with red and white pixels all over. Then booting into windows 7 I get with 8 verticle multicolor stripes across the screen will it says windows startup, and before windows loads it goes to the blue screen with vertical and horizontal lines all over making it difficult to read. I think it says:

Hardware Malfunction
ask you system vendor for support
Parity??(can't read)??Check / Memory Parity Error
The system has halted

There is a different BSOD that I get other times, but it blinks for a second full page of unreadable text due to lines and crap, but the computer restarts right away.

History: I have had something fairly similar to this happen 6+ months ago, not sure if it is related as I do a windows repair and it worked fine after that. No help this time. I tried swapping hard drives with an old image from a few months ago and got the same problem. I've swapped ram and cleaned ram connectors. I tried removing the atheros wifi card. I can boot into safe mode, but the colors are distorted and there are vertical lines through the screen. Memory test showed no errors. Problems are the same on battery or docked.

Windows bootmanager says: Status 0xc000???(can't read) the boot ???? failed because a required device is inaccessible.

T60p type 2613-HPU

I assume the mobo/graphics card are shot, but before I go looking to buy a new one I figured I'd ask here first.
Thanks,
Brandon

It sounds like the video memory has died. If that is true, you need a motherboard. I have one around here somewhere. Send me a pm if you are interested

That's what I presumed was wrong, I'll send you a pm. Any way to confirm that the mobo is indeed faulty?
