Why can't I look up the parts on my T60?

I'm typing on it right now and I decided a few minutes ago to try to determine exactly what keyboard I have on this Thinkpad T60 I bought 4 years ago direct from Lenovo in November 2006. The details:
Type: 1953-CTO
S/N: ********** moderator edited out serial number
Lenovo lookup says:
Our apologies
Information for parts lookup was not found. Please click the browser back button and try again.

Why doesn't the parts lookup work? I've looked up a lot of machines using the Type and S/N, never had this problem. Is the machine too old?
I have some info tucked away including this for the keyboard:

I cannot find it either. (I edited out your serial number, which should not be posted in the open forum) Check on the BIOS screen and make sure you aren't reading something wrong off the sticker. I can tell you that sometimes, there are errors in the database

Thank you. I don't know why it's policy to not post S/N's, but had this happen before so it's no surprise. I accept it, figured I had to post for a correct read on the problem. It's cool, of course, that you deleted the S/N. Well, looking on the machine bottom I see that I had the S/N correct. So, there's evidently an error in their database. Is there anything I can do about this? It's certainly an inconvenience.

I went into the BIOS and I was correct on the Type and S/N. Their data is evidently messed up. Is there a remedy?
I called Lenovo support a couple of weeks ago because I was being prompted to install a couple of drivers that were older than the versions already on the machine (a different Thinkpad, a T61), and I wanted to know what was up with that. The CSR said I was out of warranty and would have to pay for the support and I said I was not OK with that and she said something like she was deleting the incident and it would be as if it had never happened.

OK, whatever. But I wonder if she basically scratched me from their system.

Have a look at the pictures on this thread and see which keyboard matches yours:

The people you call are IBM people, who provide warrasnty support for Lenovo. If your machine is under warranty, they will fix it; if it isn't, they won't.

Man, that sucks!

I was afraid of that. Maybe if I continue to bug them they'll fix it. It
is the squeaky wheel that gets the grease. How can they expect to keep/get customers if they aren't decent to them? They shouldn't just automatically turn their backs on everyone who has one of their products just because they are out of warranty.
Well, I removed my keyboard today and it's a Chicony.
