The price seems right if the machine's condition is excellent. If you want a 15" laptop it seems like a good deal. I'd prefer a 1680x1050 LCD, but that's just my preference.

That seems like a nice configuration and an OK price. The real question is whether you are OK with a 15.4" WXGA screen.

The price does seem ok. Got him down to $350, but I prefer a 14 inch screen. So I think I'm going to pass it up.

One thing to consider is that any T61 with Intel GPU is quite rare.
A 14" version is even rarer...

Slightly overpriced but still - if its a good config and in great condition - what do 50 or so bucks matter?
Currently has a silly amount of Thinkpads: 600|600e|T20|R31|R40|R50e|R60e|T40|T40p|T41|X40|X40|X41Tablet|T61p|T61p|T61p wuxga
The best Thinkpad ever made? The T41p - hands down!
(feel free to comment but I dont think it can be argued...)

That would be my preference too and the T61 I bought recently is just that. I could never be satisfied with 1200 x 800. Mine has Intel graphics, too. I was told to stay a mile away from the ones with nVidia graphics.
