What software to monitor Temperature + Happy Holydays b safe

I would like to monitor my CPU's temp, rpm and etc. What software does one recommend for my T60 ?

In past I have used this as its been recommended to me by few teckies @ my work. Its free and very good am told! ** make sure you check your Proc. against the list @ bottom of page(incase its not std t60x)
