How to check if my second battery in the dvd slot is working

Hi

Also how do l get it out, lost in space!!!!!!!!!! I can't even find it.

This might be causing my main battery not to charge, but runs when plugged into wall.

I tried a new main battery and still it will run when plugged in but the minute l pull the plug it goes out in a flash.

Any suggestions??

There's an eject mechanism on the right side:



Open Power Manager and hit the battery tab. It should tell you about whatever batteries are in there.

If you're running Power Manager, second battery condition is shown just like the main battery.
