Does 42T3143 in pkg w/"Made in China" == rebranded Chicony?

I'm looking at a new keyboard on eBay that's supposedly a 42T3143 (NMB's FRU) in what appears to be the original packaging from Lenovo, but the label clearly says "Made in China". Should I take that as fairly major evidence that it's really a Chicony (which ARE made in China), and not a NMB keyboard (made in Thailand)? (I'm trying to buy one of each so I can decide which one I like best, and already have a Chicony)

Can you see a blue rubber under the arrow keys? If yes, then it is NMB keyboard.

From T6x series, we don't have Thailand made NMB keyboards. They were only in T4x series.

Look at the back of the keyboard. If there are lots of holes in it (like under every key), it's a Chicony.
AFAIK later NMBs are/were also produced in China, with similar or same quality as the Thai-made boards.
