Chances are your HDTV will have HDMI and VGA ports.
If you have a advanced dock or advanced mini-dock with DVI port, then you can use a DVI to HDMI cable or adapter. You will get the best image quality with this method, as the signal stays digital.
If not, then you can use a VGA cable to connect the T60p to the HDTV. Some 1080p HDTV do not support 1080p resolution over the VGA input. You may need to use 720p signal and let TV stretch it, which may result in blurriness.
For audio, you will need a 3.5mm mini headphone to RCA cable.

My TV also has an RGB port, will that make a difference?

No. There is no simple way for T60p to output RGB (component) signal without additional hardware.
