T400 WSXGA+ Led into T61 - possible?

Hi all!

Today i've small idea to got WXGA+ Led screen for T400, inverter for this and try put it into my old T61 (i've almost new CCFL WXGA+ there). As i think it will be work great, but i've small concerns, anyone try to do this little mod?

I assume you really mean WXGA+ T400, since there isn't a WSXGA+ option. I assume you are talking about moving a T400 LED backlight screen to a T61. The answer is no. The cable is completely different. Even if you tried to move the cable and the interface board along with the panel, the motherboard connector is different. (T400 is wider)
