T60p screen cable and inverter SXGA+ UXGA 15"

Hi. Is 15" T60p SXGA+ cable and inverter compatible with UXGA screen? Is it the same as T43p cable? Thanks and sorry if this question was asked before, just could'nt find.

T60 and T60p cable/inverter are the same for SXGA+ and UXGA.
T43 and T60 have completely different hardware.
