hd on ultrabay

my 2nd WD 650mb sorpio blue on the ultra bay has gone bad.

do drives on the ultrabay go bad that often or it's just my luck?

BTW, did you use a HDD caddy in the UB? It is necessary otherwise the vibration may be what is KOing your HDDs out.
