T60/61: Any working BIOS diagnostic card?

Hi,

does anyone know which kind of BIOS diagnostic card will work on a T60 Thinkpad?

I've got a miniPCIe card (KQMET6 by QiGuang) here, which displays "no / 04F1"
decoded into "no reset / no code", but the T60 beeps when RAM is removed, so
I guess the BIOS isn't corrupted and it simply doesn't put the code to the miniPCIe slot.

Will it output the BIOS codes to the parallel port of the docking station and/or of
a Ultrabay Slim adapter? Or does it only write to Port 80h via LPC?

Thanks,
jal2

I'll post the same response I put into the other forum for documentation:

As far as I know, none work in the T60.

I use one of these on T61 and newer:

Thanks for the link! Have you ever tried to connect a diagnostic card to the LPC bus or the parallel port of a T60?

Just for documentation: A parallel port diagnostic card (two digits, manufactured by Sintech (?)) works fine with a T61 attached to a 2504 docking station. As the T61 works I see fast changing codes stopping at 03.

Meanwhile I've sold the broken T60 from the first post.
I focus on a T61 mainboard now, which either has a hardware bug or the EC flash is damaged.

EDIT: The above setup (parallel port card with a 2504) displays codes with a working T60 as well.
