A semi generic Xp SP3 install...that will not do WGA properly, nor does it have any default IBM features other than think vantage. Found a copy of the recovery media on the internet and i am restoring the entire drive back to T60 default using the ISO images.
Other than that, the system was practically brand new. It is a model with Lenovo next to T60, i ahve seen some without it entirely

Do you have a question? So far we've learned that you have a refurbished T60 machine and it came with no recovery partition.

Just stating my opinion on it. Also, it had a recovery partition but...it was badly made.
Also, is there any way to make a DVD ISO of my recovery partition if i don't have a DVD burner, or put it onto a USB stick?
