T60 not responding to flashdrive and more problems

Old screen went out and was replaced with an entire lid, wifi ant, etc. but wouldnit show light on lid for ac plug, does show up on screen, though. Had wifi connections after lid install, then couldn't get one and none are showing up on connections manager, task manager shows no adapter found. No Bluetooth now, doesn't show on connections dialog box, but did earlier. And now it won't recognize a flashdrive on usb port, if I restart, it will show flashdrive. A bummer as this has drafting software that is much used, and need to transfer drawings from work to this machine. What gives? Virus? Could anything have travelled with used lid? I am really bumfuzzled.
