which 61 supports Penryn cpu?

Do all the t61 model support the Penryn CPU? can they be upgraded to the Penryn?
Earlier models need BIOS hack to bypass error for thermal sensor. These are the 14.1" non-wide motherboard part numbers supporting Penryn:
42W7872 - Intel
42W7873 - nVIDIA Quadro 140M
42W7874 - nVIDIA Quadro FX 570
