Hey all. I just bought a tablet version of the T61 to take notes at school (although I am also considering writing some custom notetaking software). My question is, is there a difference between the T61 tablet and the T61t or are they one and the same? One reason I ask is because for the T61t, the screen is apparently produced by wacom, which gives me hope that the writing capabilities will be somewhat decent. But either way, I can't get a clear answer by google surfing, but the computer I have ordered is simply described as a T61 tablet. Someone help me out here

There is no such thing as T61 tablet.

Tablets were: X41(T), X60(T), X61(T), X200(T) etc...

Presuming you got a X61T, wacom is digitizer while the screen is likely Boe Hydis. These are excellent screens.

Enjoy your new ThinkPad.
