interchangeable LCD T60/R60

Will a lid/screen or just the LCD panel from an R60 fit in the T60?

For instance: Can I take a screen or screen and lid form the R60 type 9457 and use it on the T60 type 1951?

Screen, yes. As long as it's the same physical size. Entire lid, no.
