Just an update on the memory parity error I had experienced with my T60P, an error that would occur four to five time a day.
Since connecting to Wifi through an external, USB Wifi adapter for the last two weeks, I have experienced no memory parity errors.
I had suspected that a malfunctioning internal mpcie Wifi card, being connected to the system bus, could indeed generate the memory parity error, as evidenced by the experience of many laptop users on various forums. At this point, running the machine continuously for two weeks, and even playing games, this appears to be the case.

Re: Memory Parity Error
Thanks for the data point. I've seen this phenomena mentioned several times here ...
Re: Memory Parity Error
You're welcome.
As I've said elsewhere, this is one of the best forums going...truly informative, with people helping people as a matter of routine.
