T60p T61p Windows 7 videocard driver update MOD... MUST do!

Well, MUST do is a big word, but if you would like to run Windows 7 Ultimate (in my case) and use your graphics card ATI/NVidia to the fullest, please read on....
I like to play WoW (yes yes I know) in the evening to relax.
This had always been fine under XP but after installing W7 Ultimate with enough RAM it started stuttering.
After pulling many hairs out of my head (well, the ones I have left), I remembered an old "hack" for the videodrivers since Lenovo/IBM does not really support them.
With the mods approval here is the link and what I did: http://www.hardwareheaven.com/modtool.php
I dowloaded the latest drivers for the ATI card (t60p) from AMD, followed the instructions and lo and behold...the videocard performs way better. No more freezes.
