T6x/T6xp screens interchangeable?

Hi guys,

Just a quick question to the experts on here

For the X series, a screen from a X60s will fit in a X60 (and with luck, even fit into a X61s and X61). However is the same also applicable with the T60/T61 series?

Yes, provided both have the same LCD-size.
(A Standard 4:3 LCD will not fit in a Widescreen, nor v.v.).

... notice however that the inverter for XGA and SXGA+/UXGA LCD's are different; see e.g. 15" LCD service parts - ThinkPad T60, T60p (4:3 sized models).
