X31 factory restore

Hi all

I had unfortunately restored my x31 to the factory setting..
XP is fully updated to the newest but the wireless is not working, usb is unable to detet anything and bluetooth is also not working.

dear helpful people can you give me a list of things or the links(will be ideal) i need to update or install to proper workable condition.
