X31 boot up

Hi all,

My X31 are not booting up. No beep sound. i can only hear the sound of the fan
Only the led beside the on button is light up. the other 4 is not.
Nothing on the monitor, just black screen.
Not CMOS problem

Can any1 pls help me.

And now the sound of the fan also become alot more louder...
Any clue on what is happening?
