Wacom Drivers gone!

#1 Post by Jonnydark » Tue Feb 07, 2012 11:48 pm

Hi everyone

I have had my x41 for over a year now and LOVE it. The hard drive click is music to my ears!

however just today my pressure sensitivity disappeared. This is very bad because i am a digital painter.

(i use mypaint which is an amazing program that compliments the x41 brilliantly)

Also i have never seen a board so dedicated to the Thinkpad line. If you have any housekeeping things i should do with mine i'd be happy to hear them!

i must admit to not having fired up my X60 sxga+ tablet for a while..
so any help i can offer for this problem would merely be generic..
SO!, which OS..
have you tried reloading the drivers..
did you make any changes just before things went "wobbly"..?

and, finally, welcome to the forum..

Check Windows Update history and see if anything is installed recently.

Use System Restore to restore to a previous state.

All of the above based on the assumption that you're running Windows, as MyPaint also supports Linux.

Welcome!
