hello!
I'll buy my X40 soon. I don't plan to get a dockin-station. I have a USB CDRW drive from my old notebook. I don't like windowsXP, I want a Linux/windows2000 installation.
I know I can modify the linux boot-cds so they can boot/install from the external usb-cdrom, but
can I install windows2000 from a regular windows2000 installation cd?
does anyone knows where I can download a modified version of knoppix/gentoo-livecd or any other linux-boot-cd that already can boot from usb-cdrom?
thx
Michi
