#1 Post by macicek86 » Wed Aug 22, 2012 3:58 pm

hi
I can not English ...
I downloaded the program and when trying to installing the system reports.
"This program is only alowed for instalation on Lenovo computers"
I have a thinkpad X41 with windows 7, everything else works, shop including graphics, acces conection, pwrmanager. I downloaded the installation from http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloa ... D=DS030464.
What MEASURE wrong?

Your laptop is too old. It apparently works only from T61 onwards.
And please do not post the same thing in two different forums!

for that I apologize, correct classification is here.
When downloading the program outlined
Think Supported Systems:
ThinkCentre Edge ThinkCentre, ThinkPad and ThinkPad Edge

and this program I was offered by Lenovo as support for this computer ...

No, Lenovo did NOT specify X41.
But they also did NOT specify for which Thinkpads it works.
Unfortunately you have to believe me when I say your X41 is too old!
Blame Lenovo for not being more specific!
