X32- M/B problem?

Hi.
I have purchased a used X32 a few days earlier.
I have found two issues with this machine.

1. Keyboard does not work from time to time.
keyboard just stops working when I'm playing games or so... seems to be either driver issue, or there's a problem with M/B
even power button goes down, so I have to pull the plug and the battery to turn it off.
It doesn't seem to happen in windows installer... maybe that's just because I don't take too much time installing it.

1 has been discussed in my previous post. This is what I have found additionaly, and is what concerns me more.

2. USB mouse doesn't work after reboot.
I use Microsoft Arc Mouse(the one that folds when not in use). When I restart the computer with wireless dongle plugged in, the mouse fails to work. I have to unplug it, then plug it in again to make it work. After plugging it in again, I works well again(until I restart the windows)

I did check the BIOS version and controller version, and both seem to be the most recent ones.

What I want to know, is whether any of these problems are known issues, or if any known solutions exist.

I'm worried that it may be the problem with the mainboard, namely south bridge... but I'm trying to believe it's a software issue.
