harddrive adapters for x40/41

have you guys seen these adapters? i was looking around at ways to adapt my old x40 to current ssds and give me more options (without buying the small 1.8 kingspec that is out there) and ran across these adapters.

this one i just found yesterday that adapts mini pcie sata ssds to ide. not sure if it will fit in the hdd space of the x40

Not an expert, but I do know that PCIe differs from PCI.

The second one will work, provided the SSD is a ZIF model. I have several of those in my X4xs and never had a problem so far. It will also work with ZIF Hard drives...

Most active adapters don't work because they are made for 5V slots. The slot in X40/X41/X41t are 3.3V.
