Where are the updated Windows 8 video drivers for the X201?

My X201 on Windows 8 Pro 64bit suffers from whenever I change to a dark application screen and then back to a light one (say Maya to Chrome), the light screen is faded and washed out and it takes around 20 seconds for the brightness to return. I recall this was an issue on early Windows 7 drivers. Any solutions to this?
