Hardware monitors ( temperature, fan speed )

There is a utility that will monitor the Montherboard, HD, CPU temperature, the Fan Speed, etc, I know many of them, but they are for standard motherboards, like ASUS, etc, there is something for the IBM Thinkpad X31 ?, thanks

Budder which motherboard I have to choose ?, I have seen in the setup IBM but It does not appear the Thinkpad one, please your help, thanks
