Hello. I'm new to the forum and to Thinkpads as well...

Hello everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that I am new to this forum as well as new tho Thinkpads. I have placed an order for the new IBM Thinkpad X41 Tablet PC. I am very excited about ordering these new machines.

I have heard alot about Thinkpads and know that they have a good reputation from the press. How do you owners think about the Thinkpads?

wow a x41 tablet, very nice. I know that you will find it to be build overall very well and that you will find yourself able to do more during downtime/travel times. It snice to have something light that you can throw in the bag and know that you have enough power to do almost anything that you would at home/office.

I love mine and my experiences with support have been great. You have to let us know how that x41 tablet is when you get it.

We have ordered 30 for teachers/support staff and plan on ordering about 75 more for mobile carts.

I'm waiting in anticipation to receive them. I should know next week when they will ship!!
